Federal International Holdings Berhad Announces Resignation of Encik Mohd Arif Bin Mastol as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Audit Committee

Federal International Holdings Berhad is engaged in the business of investment holding. The Company operates through four business segments: Manufacturing and trading of furniture, Renovation and interior design, Construction business and Investment holding. The Manufacturing and trading of furniture segment is involved in the manufacture of modular caseworks, shop fixtures and fitting and furniture for corporate customers. These products include wall and base cabinets, shelving, display cases, countertop, kitchen furniture and panels using medium density board (mdf), particle board, solid wood and acrylic materials. The Renovation and interior design segment are involved in the renovation and fitting out of high-end interior spaces for hospitality, commercial office, F&B outlets, government facilities, residential and special facilities such as palaces. The Construction segment is involved in the construction of real estate comprising residential and commercial properties.
