Zephyrus Wing Energies Ltd has filed an IPO in the amount of ILS 180 million.

Zephyrus Wing Energies Ltd is an Israel-based company engaged primarily in the renewable energy sector. The Company is engaged in the initiation, establishment, and operation of wind farms as well as construction and maintenance of photovoltaic systems. The Firm cooperates with a team of engineers, development personnel, attorneys, financiers, electrical dealers, and administration personnel, which enables the Company to provide engineering, procurement, construction, and technical and commercial management services. The Company provides construction and initiation services for wind farms in the scope of hundreds of megawatts. The Firm is operating mainly abroad, in central Europe, and in the Polish market.
