Nido Education Limited Announces Company Secretary Changes, Effective 20 May 2024

Nido Education Ltd is an Australia-based company, which offers education and care for children, from six weeks, through to school age, in a safe, comfortable, nurturing and peaceful environment. The Company also offers other experiences to promote wellbeing, such as creative arts in its ateliers, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and teaching self-regulation strategies. It also provides vegetable gardens, tree planting and are constantly looking for new ways to be carbon-free. The Company offers a variety of special points of difference to enhance each child’s experience, from cooking, dance, languages, music and sports, through to yoga and other well-being opportunities. It has a specific emphasis on play-based learning and recognizes the importance of communication and language, including early literacy and numeracy, and social and emotional development.
