JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 14, 2024 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Riverside Park Place, a 46,682-square-foot office building in Jacksonville, Florida, for $2,750,000.
"Marcus & Millichap's collaborative network of highly trained professionals is proven to bring market-leading offers from national buyers to local owners, and this transaction is another great example. The investment market remains active, even for office properties," says Will Harding, senior associate.
Harding, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Jacksonville office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Michael Alaoui, vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap's Miami office, procured the buyer, a South Florida-based investor.
The six-story office building, built in 1973, is located at 751 Oak St., between the Five Points and Brooklyn neighborhoods of Jacksonville, positioned directly off Interstate-95. The building is near the St. Johns Riverwalk and features structured parking below.
