NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Rio de Janeiro, May 3rd, 2024 - IRB-Brasil Resseguros S.A. ("Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the general public that it received, on the date of yesterday (May 2nd, 2024), the net amount of R$ 277,417,822.19 (two hundred seventy-seven million, four hundred seventeen thousand, eight hundred twenty-two reais and nineteen centavos), as payment of a precatory by the Federal Union in the context of a tax-related lawsuit filed in the past by the Company.

Furthermore, the Company announces that it has redeemed in advance the entirety of the 3rd (third) issuance debentures, amounting to R$ 91,921,255.04 (ninety-one million, nine hundred twenty-one thousand, two hundred fifty-five reais and four centavos), making the payment to debenture holders on April 15, 2024, as per the Notice to the Market released on that date.

The debenture payment has enabled the release of the above-mentioned precatory, which had been pledged as collateral in the context of the said issuance, resulting in an effective cash balance for the Company of R$ 185,496,567.15 (one hundred eighty-five million, four hundred ninety-six thousand, five hundred sixty-seven reais and fifteen centavos).
