Bank of China Limited Announces Resignation of Zhang Yi as Executive Director, Member of the Strategic Development Committee, Member of the Connected Transactions Control Committee of the Board and Executive Vice President

Bank of China Limited received the resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Yi. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Zhang Yi resigned as Executive Director of the Bank, member of the Strategic Development Committee, member of the Connected Transactions Control Committee of the Board and Executive Vice President of the Bank. The resignation shall become effective as of 16 May 2024.

Mr. Zhang Yi has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board, and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Bank.
